Project Overview

We created a custom 3D printed prototype from a CAD design, helping the client evaluate the product before moving to final manufacturing. FDM 3D printing provided a fast and cost-effective way to turn the digital model into a physical prototype.

Our Solution

The CAD model was prepared and optimized for 3D printing. We selected the appropriate print orientation, layer height, infill, and material to achieve a balance of strength, accuracy, print time, and surface finish.

Printing Process

The prototype was manufactured using FDM 3D printing technology. After printing, the part was inspected and finished to ensure it met the required specifications.

Result
